Here's how to watch the end of Yellowstone Season 5 with a FREE live stream tonight

The day “Yellowstone” fans have been dreading is here.

The Taylor Sheridan series finale on Paramount Network airs Sunday, December 14, 2024 at 8 p.m.

  • LIVE STREAM: Fans who don't have cable access can continue watching Paramount Network Philo (free trial version), fuboTV (free trial) and DirecTV stream (free trial). It is also available on Sling with an additional entertainment package.

However, it will be a longer episode. “Life Is a Promise” will run for one hour and 50 minutes, according to the Paramount Network schedule. The logline reads: “As the Duttons and the Yellowstone cowboys lay John to rest, the fate of the ranch is revealed.”

Paramount Network will air episodes five through 13 of season five starting at 9 p.m

The fifth season is the last of the series, which so far starred Kevin Costner as John Dutton, “who controls the largest continuous cattle ranch in the United States.” [in Montana]. Amid shifting alliances, unsolved murders, open wounds and hard-won respect, the ranch is in constant conflict with those it borders – an expanding city, an Indian reservation and bitter business rivalries.”

“Yellowstone” premiered in June 2018 and was a huge success with viewers. The first part of the fifth and final season aired in fall 2022, with the midseason finale airing on January 1, 2023. The second half of the final season was scheduled to air in fall 2023, but was postponed due to author strike this year.

When the second half of season five debuted on November 10, fans learned of the death of John Dutton, who was found sprawled in a pool of blood on his bathroom floor.

The drama also stars Wes Bentley as Jamie Dutton, Kelly Reilly as Beth Dutton, Luke Grimes as Kayce Dutton, Dave Annable as Lee Dutton, Cole Hauser as Rip Wheeler, Danny Huston as Dan Jenkins, Gil Birmingham as Thomas Rainwater and Kelsey Asbille as See Monica.

A sequel, “The Madison,” starring Michelle Pfeiffer, is expected to be released in 2025.

There have been rumors of a spin-off starring Reilly and Hauser, but nothing has been confirmed.

The prequel “1923” will return for a second season on February 23, 2025. A second prequel “1944” is also expected.
