Coheed And Cambria announce their upcoming album, Vaxis Act III: The Father of Make Believe, which will be released on March 14, 2025 via Virgin Music. The new work is the New York band's tenth studio album and continues the story of The Amory Wars / Vaxis universe.
The new record follows the album “Vaxis Act II: A Window of the Waking Mind”, which was released in 2022 and which, with “Shoulders”, was the band’s first top 10 radio single in their career.
With the announcement of the record, Coheed And Cambria release the new single “Searching for Tomorrow”, which is released alongside a video directed and animated by Anthony Scheppard:

The song reminds us that the constant search for something better in life robs us of the opportunity to appreciate the good things we already have.
The new album will also feature the recently released single “Blind Side Sonny”, arguably the band's most aggressive track, complemented by a video directed by Max Moore that reveals a new villain in the realm of The Amory Wars:
Sanchez: “With each album I try to surpass the previous one or at least make something that sounds different and evolves in some way. I, that initial struggle contributed to the feeling of having a kind of musical mid-life crisis.” ..
