I wish I had seen this film in the cinema! Top Gun: Maverick (2022) impresses with breathtaking action that took even the actors' breath away and must have seemed even more powerful on the big screen. Many scenes were shot in real fighter jets. To achieve this, the actors completed an extensive training program.

It's been a long time since a series has captivated me to the television like this Day of the Jackal (2024). Eddie Redmayne plays a contract killer who murders a high-ranking German politician in Germany. The ten-part thriller is worth watching in the original language because Redmayne speaks German in many scenes.
