When it comes to celebrities and stars traveling, they often spend a lot of time in hotels. The band members of Tokio Hotel are currently feeling the same way.
In the latest episode of the podcast “Kaulitz Hills – Mustard from Hollywood”, the band twins Bill and Tom Kaulitz talk about their experiences with the temporary accommodations.
“The hotel is then the only place you can retreat to,” said Bill, who is constantly exposed to the hustle and bustle of fans and paparazzi. He even has a security guard on his side in the building's elevator and in the hallways.

This led Tom to share his craziest hotel experience with the public. According to his description, when he enters the hotel room, he first goes through all the rooms and looks out for hidden uninvited guests.
The reason for this behavior is said to have been a stay in Russia in 2017. There was a scary encounter there.

During a stay in Krasnodar, the twins found the “theme hotel” with rooms of different designs and furnishings very strange.
While falling asleep, Tom repeatedly heard quiet footsteps on the carpet in his suite over the course of an hour. Reluctantly but curiously, he is said to have opened his eyes again.
As he himself said, he was able to see a long-haired person through a mirror on the ceiling: “I saw a head come in. About two or three meters from my bed.”

He immediately jumped up, grabbed a bottle as a weapon and shouted loudly in the direction of the stranger. They then fled immediately.
It later turned out that the intruder got into the guitarist's room via the balcony.
The 35-year-old doubted that the person just wanted an autograph. Twin brother Bill, on the other hand, was certain: “I think the person wanted to lie in bed with you or cut off his tail.”
