There is apparently a never-ending back and forth in the on-off relationship between Megan Fox, 38, and Machine Gun Kelly, 34. It was recently reported that the actress and the rapper are said to have separated again – and that, After it was announced just a few weeks ago that she was expecting a baby. An anonymous insider has now revealed how much the alleged end of the relationship will affect the pregnant actress.

Machine Gun Kelly, also known simply as MGK, and Fox have not yet confirmed the reports. The magazine's anonymous sources are divided on whether Fox and MGK could get back together. The relationship between Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly has always been complicated. The two started dating in 2020 and later got engaged. However, in early 2024, she confirmed that the engagement had been called off. Fox and MGK were later spotted together again and again. She also appeared in his music video for “Lonely Road” in which she appeared as a pregnant woman – which sparked much speculation. In November, she confirmed that she was expecting a baby with a picture of a positive pregnancy test on Instagram, among other things. She is already the mother of three sons with her ex-husband Brian Austin Green, 51. Machine Gun Kelly has a daughter from an official relationship.
