A new update for Helldivers 2 was presented at the Game Awards 2024 and it is already playable at this moment. There is new content with “Omens of Tyranny” on PS5 and PC.
Helldivers 2 finally gets new enemies
An ancient threat is targeting Super-Earth. In addition to giant beetles and robots, you can then fight against an alien faction that reminds me a little of some of Destiny 2's enemies.

In the trailer, the Helldivers race around in new, armed vehicles. So you can roll over the new enemies and bury them under the tires of democracy while punching them in the face with the fist of justice.
The update was accompanied by a wonderful performance by a costumed Helldiver, who greeted the audience with a perfectly immersive speech.
Helldivers 2 was released on February 8, 2024 on PC and PlayStation 5. The satirical sci-fi co-op shooter was able to secure several awards at the Game Awards.
