King Charles: Christmas party gets out of control
King Charles, 76, is believed to be “not amused” by recent events at a Christmas party for his employees. The party for Buckingham Palace servants got out of control, according to British media. As The Sun reported, among others, police were called to a nearby bar after glasses were thrown and a physical altercation broke out.
It is said that an argument broke out between an employee, presumably a maid, and a manager. They allegedly punched him and broke glasses before police went to All Bar One on Victoria Street in London after 9pm. The 24-year-old woman was then arrested for general assault, property damage and drunkenness, and was released around 24 hours later with a fine.

Queen Rania has moving words about granddaughter Iman
Crown Prince Hussein of Jordan, 30, and his wife, Princess Rajwa, 30, became parents for the first time in August this year, making Queen Rania, 54, a grandmother. King Abdullah II's wife, 62, is very fond of her granddaughter Iman and repeatedly posts pictures with the little ones on social media. Now the royal has had touching words about her first grandchild at an appointment.
On Wednesday, December 11, 2024, Rania hosted a lunch for women in the Sahab district of the Jordanian capital, Amman. According to “Hello!”, 100 women from the fields of education, culture, media and civil society were honored at the dinner. During lunch she remembers Iman's birth and thanks her for the many messages and congratulations she has received. “Time flies when I’m with her,” Rania enthuses, explaining that her granddaughter is what she is most grateful for this year.
