Patrick Bloch will succeed Michael Zoss as managing director of Swiss Unihockey. The former CEO of the Swiss Ice Hockey Federation (SIHF) will take over the office on April 1, 2025.
«Patrick Bloch knows the Swiss sports world, the club and association work and has a large national and international network. “With him we are gaining a leader who brings enthusiasm, commitment and great know-how in the management of a sports organization, which is central to the further development of our sport,” Daniel Bareiss, Central President of Swiss Unihockey, is quoted as saying in the press release.
Bloch has been working for the SIHF since 2019, his contract was terminated by the association at the end of February 2025, Because they want to provide new impetus for development in the name of the “2030” strategy, as it was said.
