The particularly slim freeware audio editor and recorder mp3DirectCut has been released in an updated version for Windows. New features include an optional dark mode, but numerous improvements, adjustments and bug fixes have also been included in the update.

According to the developers, the other innovations in mp3DirectCut 2.37 also include a change to the user interface symbols, as there are now larger button symbols. An advanced option called “Leave output device open” is also offered.
In addition, unspecified optimizations and error corrections were implemented with the update of the software to version 2.37. Users can find detailed information about the adjustments in the official release notes.
