Honestly, that sentence is complete bullshit. It should be clear to everyone that second place can only be a snapshot. Normally at least Leverkusen, Dortmund and Leipzig are ahead of us.
We should all be happy that things are going so well at the moment. But no, the devil is being painted on the wall again because we lost to Leipzig and Lyon, two teams that play in completely different spheres.
And even if it “only” comes 4th-6th (which would simply be a strong placement for us, even 6th place), it is still a very good season.
