As the police announced on Monday, the teenager was in a youth center on Kleiststrasse when a group of unknown people showed up there between 3:50 p.m. and 4 p.m.

“Another 21-year-old was robbed of a cell phone and a mid-double-digit amount of cash while being beaten,” it said.
