A German holidaymaker who was a British woman on the Spanish holiday island in 2017 Mallorca He is said to have raped him and is being sought internationally after missing several court dates. The then 19-year-old was traveling with a friend in the party hotspot Magaluf, south of the island's capital Palma, which is popular with British holidaymakers. There the Germans are supposed to talk to two British women. In one moment, the now accused is said to have brutally pulled one of the women towards her and sexually assaulted her. When the victim fought back, the vacationer is said to have hit her.
The Spanish police arrested him after a complaint from the British woman, and an examining judge released the German shortly afterwards. The public prosecutor's office is demanding eight years in prison rape. The man is also supposed to compensate the woman with 6,000 euros.
