On the night of July 1st, 2024 to July 2nd, 2024 (approx. 00:00 a.m. – 00:30 a.m.) there was an assault in the area of Sittersweg in Saarbrücken, in the An der Schlucht/Edenstrasse intersection area.
An unknown perpetrator probably pursued a young woman for several meters before ambushing and attacking her. The crime was witnessed by another young woman who spoke to the injured party immediately after the incident.
There is currently no further information about the witness. The victim described the unknown perpetrator as follows: male, broadly built/strong, wore a male-smelling perfume, long green trousers, smelled of alcohol. The Saarbrücken city police are therefore asking for information from the public.
Anyone who can help identify the perpetrator or witness is asked to contact the Saarbrücken-Stadt police immediately on 0681/9321-233. Criminal proceedings for grievous bodily harm were initiated.
