Kylie Minogue says her 'Tension Tour' will be 'a real blast and not a filler'.
The 'Can't Get You Out Of My Head' hitmaker has revealed to fans that she will be delving into her 37-year-old catalog to perform some of her classic hits, but there will also be “tons of new” material when She's coming on stage next year. She told The Sun newspaper's Bizarre column: “I've played a number of festivals and one-off shows in the last year and I think you're lucky if you stock up and get the best out of it.” And I do feel like it's a killer and not a filler. There’s 37 years of songs to play with and tons of new stuff.”
The 56-year-old hasn't decided on her final set list for upcoming shows because she prefers to wait out the rehearsal process to see “how it moves her musically.” She added: “I'm in a state at the moment but I know the setlist won't be there until we start rehearsals and see how it moves me musically. “It's going to be a good time.”
The singer announced her 'Tension Tour' – her biggest in more than a decade – in September. In a statement, she said: “I am overjoyed to announce the 'Tension Tour' 2025.” I can't wait to share beautiful and wild moments with fans around the world and celebrate the 'Tension' era and more.
