Alfons Haider and Governor Doskozil are celebrating the run on “Saturday Night Fever” in Mörbisch. 80,000 tickets have already been sold.
“I am overjoyed about this advance ticket sale. Our audience couldn't have given me a nicer Christmas present.” Mörbisch director Alfons Haider celebrates a record-breaking interim result. 80,000 tickets have already been sold for the musical hit “Saturday Night Fever”, which will swing on the lake stage from July 10th to August 16th. This sets course for the successes of “Mamma Mia!” (181,000 visitors) and “My Fair Lady” (150,000 visitors).

The musical, based on the successful film with John Travolta and featuring Bee Gees classics such as “Stayin' Alive”, “Night Fever” and “How Deep Is Your Love”, brings disco fever to the Mörbisch lake stage in summer. “This contemporary entertainment fits perfectly into the orientation of the lake stage, which is intended to offer high-quality entertainment to as many people as possible,” says State Governor Hans Peter Doskozil.
