Popular cafe reportedly expanding to new locations in Illinois

Aside from a few cups I've made myself, I've never had a coffee I didn't like. Good news for fans of a popular coffeehouse that already has a few locations in and around Illinois, because according to a new report, the company is expanding to new locations in the Land of Lincoln.

I must confess that I have never heard of this coffee brand, but that's probably because I don't leave the house often enough. Have you heard of Scooter's Coffee? Scrape Hero says that as of this writing, there are only three of them in the state of Illinois, but that will soon change.

Nation's Restaurant News reports today that the July 2024 Illinois expansions include two new things. They say a new Scooter's Coffee has been approved for Palatine, Illinois, and another new franchise has been granted for an undisclosed location in Illinois. This is the Scooter's Coffee location in Monmouth, Illinois.

I looked at the menu and noticed hot drinks, cold drinks, and blenders. I don't know what a blender is, but I bet it's wonderful. They even have a kids menu that's cute for the little ones.

Scooter's is a growing brand in other parts of America as well, so it will be interesting to see if the soon-to-be three and five locations in Illinois continue to win new fans.
