On a bizarre moving day at Castle Pines, US Ryder Cup captain Keegan Bradley stormed back to the top of the leaderboard. A third-round 70, which included just four pars, saw Bradley finish the day 12 under par, one stroke ahead of 36-hole leader Adam Scott and a host of others.
Bradley is looking to not only qualify for the Tour Championship, but also get his name in the mix for the US Presidents Cup team at Royal Montreal next month. Standing in his way is not only the oldest man in the field, Scott, but also one of the youngest, Ludvig Aberg. With 19 birdies and two eagles in three rounds, the young Swede's firepower puts him within reach of fellow countryman Alex Noren, just two shots behind at 10 under par.
FedEx Cup No. 2 Xander Schauffele made the most of his moving day. He is just five shots behind Bradley and needs a win to secure pole position at next week's Tour Championship. Meanwhile, Colorado native Wyndham Clark is back in contention at 7 under par, while Tommy Fleetwood, Rory McIlroy and Russell Henley are even further back at 5 under par.
