1 house: 5 weapons, 4 drugs and lots of cash

CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – Chattanooga police said they seized both guns and drugs while executing search warrants at a home in Alton Park.

They say the house in the 600 block of West 47th Street has been linked to shootings and firearms use.

The raid took place five days ago.

This is what they took with them:

5 handguns (1 reported stolen)
approximately 27 grams of marijuana
about 70.5 grams of fentanyl
about 13.7 grams of cocaine
about 46.69 grams of methamphetamine
3 digital scales
7 mobile phones
$4,927 in cash

They arrested five young men between the ages of 18 and 24.

Nolontae Gladden, 20, was arrested and charged with possession of a firearm with intent to go armed, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, possession of fentanyl for resale and possession of crack for resale.

Nolando Gladden, 19, was arrested and charged with possession of a firearm with intent to go armed, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, possession of fentanyl for resale and possession of crack for resale. Nolando also had 12 warrants outstanding for his arrest, including aggravated assault on a police officer for another offense that occurred on August 6, 2024.

Marcus Ragsdale, 24, was arrested and charged with possession of a firearm with intent to be armed, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, possession of fentanyl for resale and possession of crack cocaine for resale. Marcus also had eight warrants for his arrest for various offenses.

Nickell Banks, 19, was arrested and charged with possession of a firearm with intent to go armed, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, possession of fentanyl for resale and possession of crack for resale.

Jamarquez Woodley, 18, was arrested and charged with possession of a firearm with intent to go armed, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, possession of fentanyl for resale, possession of crack for resale and theft (firearm).
