Today for the first time on TV: A bloody horror thriller with Megan Fox – be sure to watch it in its entirety! – Cinema news

Covered in blood and left to fend for herself in a snowy wasteland: you've probably never seen “Transformers” star Megan Fox like this before. “Till Death – Till your death do us part” is being shown on free TV for the first time. However, there is a catch.

Till Death – Till your death do us part“ is a tough and astonishingly brutal survival thriller that was worth the blood-red “18+” seal from the FSK. According to the very positive US reviews (“90% fresh”) Rotten tomatoes!) SK Dale's feature film directorial debut demanded a lot from leading actress Megan Fox and not just physically. The tear also gives her the chance to prove herself as an amazingly complex actress. You can now see for the first time on free TV how well Fox masters these acting challenges

RTL Zwei is showing “Till Death – Till your death do us part” today, December 22, 2024 at 10:15 p.m. Due to the early hour, the station has to show a version that has been shortened to FSK-16. Which might take some of the power out of the bloody intensity of the shocker. If you would rather see the entire film, then we recommend you go to it uncut Blu-ray/DVD* or use a paid video-on-demand. Amazon Prime Video even has a 4K version on offer.

Fall and (re)rise of Megan Fox

The fall from superstar to almost nobody was very rapid for Megan Fox. She was just the big human attraction in the “Transformers” blockbusters that were otherwise dominated by knocking alien robots. She also became the number one poster girl on the walls of millions of teenage boys around the world. After a public argument with director Michael Bay, the actress suddenly became a kind of “persona non grata” in Hollywood.

For a while she had to keep herself afloat with rather embarrassing cameo appearances (“The Dictator”), supporting parts in comedies (“Always Trouble at 40”) and guest roles in TV series (“New Girl”). After her big comeback attempt with “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” (including a reconciliation with Bay, who produced the film) failed, she decided to take care of her three sons full-time for the time being.

A few years ago, Fox returned to the spotlight. However, not in blockbusters, but mainly in indie thrillers, with which she achieved some notable successes. The most popular of these projects include the mercenary actioner “Rogue Hunter”, “Midnight In The Switchgrass” with her partners, the rapper Machine Gun Kelly, and Bruce Willis, as well as the South Korean war film “Battalion of the Damned”. Before she filmed “Expendables 4” with Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham and Dolph Lundgren, which will be released in cinemas in 2023, Fox was in front of the camera for the tough survival hit “Till Death”.

This is what “Till Death” is about:

Emma (Megan Fox) and her husband, Mark (Eoin Macken), who has mutated into a control freak, were much happier. The couple's marriage is in such crisis that the frustrated Emma has even started an affair with one of Mark's colleagues (Aml Ameen). Then the light finally dawned on Mr. Husband.

For the couple's tenth wedding anniversary, Mark romantically decorated their remote, wonderfully snow-covered country house on a frozen lake with rose petals scattered everywhere, a crackling fireplace and soft candlelight. It will be a wonderful day, an even more beautiful evening and a fantastic night full of passion – it almost seems as if everything is like it was at the beginning of their love.

But then Emma woke up the next morning handcuffed to her husband. Just as she comes to, Mark commits a bloody suicide. But that's not enough. He has also hired two hitmen (Callan Mulvey, Jack Roth) to end Emma's life as well. But she is far from ready to die and takes up the seemingly unequal fight with the heavily armed criminals…
