Already on the first day of the Rosenheim Autumn Festival, there were significant problems in the city's traffic. Cancellations, delays and overcrowded buses caused confusion and frustration among passengers. Different information about stops and faulty apps made the situation worse.

Rosenheim – Cancellations, delays of more than 30 minutes, forgotten stops and completely overcrowded buses: Even on the first day of the Autumn Festival, chaos reigned in Rosenheim's city traffic. In addition, there were different reports about where the buses actually leave from. The city had previously said that the night lines would stop on Kaiserstrasse opposite the police station this year (we reported). However, the plans are hanging on Herbststrasse at the Wiesntor, where the former Promille Express left until 2022. There, however, a security employee advised people to go to other stops instead.

Accordingly, many passengers waited in vain for their ride home and were left baffled, like a young Oktoberfest visitor from the south of Rosenheim and her companions. When a bus did arrive, it was so broken that not everyone could get on it. The festival-goers had to put up with even more waiting times.

The timetable apps on smartphones were also unreliable. For example, the Kolbermoor line was not shown at all. A passenger who wanted to go to Hohenofen was stunned. “It's complete chaos,” he said. There was no sign of a cheerful mood in the vehicles. “A lot of people were complaining because the driver had forgotten a stop,” reported another passenger from Pang. At some point he also listened to him selling tickets.
